About I Bought A Book-

      Welcome to I Bought a Book, my fellow book lovers and fangirls! After numerous ideas and planning and discussing,  I Bought a Book was created September 10, 2015 and has been living and growing since day one! This blog is a place to discuss and love books and get to know other people. I was so excited to join the book blogging community. Every book is another adventure. 

Get to know me-

      I'm Lindsey Edwards. I am a highschool girl who is so obsessed with books its probably unhealthy. I do want to be a writer someday, but I also have a strong interest in becoming a counselor and majoring with a Doctorate Degree in Psychology! Writing is not an official job idea for me though, I'm more into the reading part.

    Facts about me- 

- My favorite color is purple. (If you couldn't tell by the blog theme)

- My favorite shows would have to be Parks and Recreation and Supernatural. I have always struggled choosing between them, so I just gave up and chose both.

-I got interested in reading when I was in kindergarten. After that, my love for books kind of disappeared until my mom introduced me to the Trixie Belden series, written by Julie Cambell Tathem when I was sixth grade. It was my moms favorite series when she was little and it became my favorite as well. I've been reading like a maniac ever since then.

-My favorite book of all time would have to be The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. Its such a magical book and it takes you to a whole new world.  (A review of this book will be published very shortly)

-My favorite band is Fall Out Boy.

-I. Love. Christmas. 

- My favorite actor/actress would have to either be Chris Pratt or Anne Hathaway. (too difficult to choose one)

- Lastly, my favorite movie is Lilo and Stitch. (I'm a BIIIIIG Disney fan. :p )
