Isabella Swan's move to Forks, a small, perpetually rainy town in Washington, could have been the most boring move she ever made. But once she meets the mysterious and alluring Edward Cullen, Isabella's life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. Up until now, Edward has managed to keep his vampire identity a secret in the small community he lives in, but now nobody is safe, especially Isabella, the person Edward holds most dear. The lovers find themselves balanced precariously on the point of a knife-between desire and danger.Deeply romantic and extraordinarily suspenseful, Twilight captures the struggle between defying our instincts and satisfying our desires. This is a love story with bite.
So, I must confess something. I actually kind of enjoyed Twilight. Some of you readers might think I'm crazy, but it's true. The first book was pretty entertaining, but then came the second book. After I finished the sequel, New Moon, my interest plummeted. By then, I had decided to watch the movies and that ended my love for the Twilight fandom. A lot of book bloggers have said the same thing and these books are usually on their list of series they won't finish as well. Honestly, the first three movies were fine, but the fourth one made me want to break my computer. I did love some of the characters and in the beginning, the plot was pretty intriguing. However, I refused to involve myself in the Jacob vs. Edward war. (BUT IF I HAD TO PICK ONE, IT WOULD BE EDWARD. JUST SAYIN')

Oh what are some words to describe this series? I guess good, but repetitive. I really liked the first book. It kept me up at night and I was so excited when I started a new chapter! I have watched a lot of booktubers and have read a lot of reviews of Beautiful Creatures. Every one of them has said that each book is basically the same as the previous one! I tried to read the second one... I think. I probably haven't even started the second one. I was just not up to finishing this series. If it is as repetitive as everyone says, then I think I will read a different series. Don't get me wrong, I loved the first book. I was totally up to reading the other companions, but to be really honest, I found more interesting books. I will admit that I have picked the rest of the books at the bookstore, but I eventually put them back.

What was once the western United States is now home to the Republic, a nation perpetually at war with its neighbors. Born into an elite family in one of the Republic's wealthiest districts, fifteen-year-old June is a prodigy being groomed for success in the Republic's highest military circles. Born into the slums, fifteen-year-old Day is the country's most wanted criminal. But his motives may not be as malicious as they seem.
From very different worlds, June and Day have no reason to cross paths - until the day June's brother, Metias, is murdered and Day becomes the prime suspect. Caught in the ultimate game of cat and mouse, Day is in a race for his family's survival, while June seeks to avenge Metias's death. But in a shocking turn of events, the two uncover the truth of what has really brought them together, and the sinister lengths their country will go to keep its secrets.
Now, before any of you Legend lovers freak out, I absolutely LOVE this series. I love it so much that I do NOT want to finish it. I have read the sequel, Prodigy, but I can not bring myself to read Champion. Legend is amazing. I probably can't say one negative thing about this series. That is why I don't want to read the final installment, Champion. This series has so many sad parts and the relationship between Day and June makes my heart hurt. Many Fangirl attacks have occurred while reading Legend. I'm not saying that I will never finish this series, but I'm still trying to convince myself to read the last book.
2.) The Daughter of Smoke and Bone series

Around the world, black handprints are appearing on doorways, scorched there by winged strangers who have crept through a slit in the sky.
In a dark and dusty shop, a devil's supply of human teeth grown dangerously low.
And in the tangled lanes of Prague, a young art student is about to be caught up in a brutal otherwordly war.
Meet Karou. She fills her sketchbooks with monsters that may or may not be real; she's prone to disappearing on mysterious "errands"; she speaks many languages--not all of them human; and her bright blue hair actually grows out of her head that color. Who is she? That is the question that haunts her, and she's about to find out.
When one of the strangers--beautiful, haunted Akiva--fixes his fire-colored eyes on her in an alley in Marrakesh, the result is blood and starlight, secrets unveiled, and a star-crossed love whose roots drink deep of a violent past. But will Karou live to regret learning the truth about herself?
This series frustrated me SO much. I freakin. Loved. the first book. The second book, Blood and Starlight, made me so sad. The first book was so good, but when I read the sequel, I felt like my bubble of excitement had been violently popped. I have heard that the third book, Gods and Monsters, is even worse. UH UH. NOPE. If I'm gonna finish this series, then I'm gonna finish it with the thought that it was amazing. The covers are so gorgeous and the characters are so amazing, but EH. NOPEDY NOPE NOPE. NOT GONNA DO IT. >.<

Gwyneth Shepherd's sophisticated, beautiful cousin Charlotte has been prepared her entire life for traveling through time. But unexpectedly, it is Gwyneth who in the middle of class takes a sudden spin to a different era!
Gwyneth must now unearth the mystery of why her mother would lie about her birth date to ward off suspicion about her ability, brush up on her history, and work with Gideon--the time traveler from a similarly gifted family that passes the gene through its male line, and whose presence becomes, in time, less insufferable and more essential. Together, Gwyneth and Gideon journey through time to discover who, in the 18th century and in contemporary London, they can trust.
This series is well written and so captivating, but I kind of forgot about it. Ruby Red is full of time travel, romance, and plot twists and I really regret forgetting about these books. I want to finish this series, but I have so many other book in my TBR pile that I just don't have time for it. I highly recommend this series to readers! I loved the way the reader had to figure out the mystery throughout the whole book. It will probably be a while before I even purchase the sequel, Sapphire Blue.
WELP, there are the five books that I don't plan on finishing. (Except for Legend). It's really hard for me to NOT like books. What do you think about this list? Do you agree? What are some book that you don't want to finish? Tell me down below! Hope you are all having a wonderful fall and Happy Reading!
